4th-10th August 2018
Anglesey Marine Week is all about getting people to fall in love with our sea, to know more about it and to inspire them to help protect it.
For the past six years, Kathy from Naturebites has arranged a week of marine-themed activities to encourage residents and visitors to discover something new about the sea surrounding Anglesey. From coasteering and kayaking to the edible seashore, rockpooling, coastal geology and coastal wildlife tours, Kathy has strived to offer a mix of activities that span the arts, sport, cuisine and wildlife conservation.
Join in with our events below!
Coasteering with Outdoor Active
Outdoor and active sports on Anglesey are as diverse as the environments found on the Island. There are a multitude of sea based activities including coasteering, kayaking, scuba diving, free diving, kite surfing and many more. On the land there is climbing, abseiling, biking, kiting, and more.
